2 slices bacon or prosciutto, cut into 1 inch strips
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 cup Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery Chardonnay
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen peas, or 1.5 pounds fresh, shelled peas
