Upon opening, aromas of dark Santa Rosa plum marry seamlessly with hints of blackberry, allspice, dark chocolate, and mocha. The palate is rich and round, finishing with bold cacao and tobacco flavors. Serve with grilled Asian flank steak, fire roasted chili, or beet carpaccio.
